The funeral service for Derek will be held at Cannock Chase Crematorium on Thursday 11th April 2024 at 12:30 PM followed be a reception at Burntwood Rugby Club. The addresses for both venues can be found below.
The family have requested family flowers only and donations in lieu of flowers.
